Mumbai Water Supply Cut: The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) On Wednesday announced a 22-hour water supply disruption beginning Thursday night, November 28 in South Mumbai's Worli and Lower Parel areas, located within the G/South and G/North municipal wards. BMC has cited maintenance and repair works as the cause. The water supply will be cut off starting at 10 pm on Thursday to facilitate repairs on a 1,450 mm water pipeline, with work expected to conclude by 8 pm the following day, November 29
According to civic authorities, the entire water supply through the affected pipelines must be halted to prevent spillage. During this period, water supply will be completely suspended, and traffic will also be restricted near Gaware Chowk, where the pipeline valves are located underneath the main road.

Nearly all areas between Prabhadevi and Lower Parel will be without water supply during the repair work. The BMC has urged residents to conserve water during this time.
