Mumbai Highway Accident: A Porsche car crashed into a divider under the Jogeshwari Metro station while racing a BMW on the Western Express Highway in Mumbai on Wednesday night.

The luxury vehicle was completely damaged after the collision. The driver was also seriously injured, reported Hindustan Times. Bystanders and police officers responded swiftly and rushed the injured man to a nearby hospital for medical treatment

In another incident, a speeding BMW caused chaos on the outskirts of Hyderabad after crashing into two cars and a bike that were waiting at a red signal near My Home Avatar Circle in Narsingi on October 4. The impact left all three vehicles heavily damaged.

The NDTV report cited police as stating that a woman riding pillion on the bike suffered serious injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Fortunately, no fatalities were reported.

CCTV footage from the area captured the moment the luxury car rammed into the stationary vehicles. The driver, identified as Abhishek G. Chandra, fled the scene after the crash but was later tracked down and detained by police.
