Pune Crime: A Pune school bus driver has been booked for sexually abusing two of the girls who were riding in the bus. A case has been filed against the 45-year-old driver, and an investigation is ongoing at the Wanwadi police station. The incident occurred in the city's Wanwadi neighbourhood.
According to reports, the bus driver has been assaulting a six-year-old girl and her friend sexually for the last four days. The accused drives children to their school by bus.
The bus's front seat was occupied by both of the victims. The accused sat with them and sexually molested them as they were seated.
The child's private area began to hurt when she returned home. When the girl's mother inquired about it later, she described what had happened.
A case similar to this surfaced recently in Pune, where a father showed his daughter pornographic films and abused her sexually for a year.
The police have detained the father, Pankaj Devendra Thakur, 35, a native of Bihar, after discovering such lewd recordings on his phone.
In another incident, a 55-year-old woman alleged that she was drugged and then raped by a man she had known a few months before, police said on Wednesday. They identified the culprit as Sunil (35). On September 30, a PCR call about a sexual assault was received by the Safdarjung Enclave police station, according to the police.
According to the woman, she met the accused on January 1, close to Lodhi Road. He volunteered to give her a ride after introducing himself as a driver of a company.
