Pune Traffic: Recently, an alternate route that links Sakhar Sankul and Range Hills was made available to vehicles as Savitribai Phule Pune University Road was closed for several months to allow for Metro construction work. Now that the rebuilt route is in use, two-way traffic has been resumed again close to University Chowk.

It seems that the road that goes past Agriculture College will still be utilised as a detour despite this development. The goal of this decision is to lessen local congestion. The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) and traffic police are actively monitoring traffic patterns along University Road and other surrounding routes.

In the upcoming weeks, PMC and traffic police officials are anticipated to assess traffic flow. Their objective is to ascertain the optimal traffic flow and proficiently handle congestion. This plan includes using the Agriculture College route temporarily to maintain smooth traffic conditions until changes are implemented.

As the situation develops, commuters and locals are encouraged to be alerted to traffic warnings. As they complete the best traffic management strategy for the region, the PMC and traffic authorities will offer further details.

For now, travellers should plan their journeys appropriately and anticipate some disruptions in traffic patterns. The modifications are a part of continuous attempts to improve Pune's road efficiency and safety.
