Ganesh Chaturthi 2023: Ganesh Chaturthi, also known as Vinayak Chaturthi or Ganeshotsav, is a prominent Hindu festival that is widely observed with fervour and grandeur. This joyous event commemorates the birth of Lord Ganesha, a beloved Hindu deity who is the son of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati and is recognized as the god of wisdom, riches, and new beginnings. Lord Ganesha is revered throughout India, particularly in the states of Maharashtra, Goa, Kerala, Telangana, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu. There are many names for Lord Ganesh, including Gajanana, Ekdanta, Vakrtunda, Ganpati and Siddhi Vinayaka. For the 10-day festival, enormous Ganesha statues are created, and lovely pandals are decorated. The idols are typically carried out in vibrant, musical processions on Anant Chaturdashi, also known as Ganesh Visarjan Day, the festival's last day, and submerged in water.

Ganesh Chaturthi 2023: How 12 Zodiac Signs Should Worship Lord Ganesha 

1. Aries: The daily offering of jaggery to Lord Ganpati by those born under the sign of Aries will bring happiness, prosperity, and mental tranquillity.

2. Taurus: People born under the sign of Taurus should worship Lord Ganesha in his Siddhi Vinayak form and offer sugar candies to Lord Ganesha daily to solve all persisting issues. 

3.  Gemini: The natives of this zodiac sign should worship both Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi, offering moong laddus as offerings and adorning the god with flowers every day.

4. Cancer: Lord Ganesha should be worshipped by Cancerians in his Vakratunda form, with flowers and a sandalwood tilak being offered as a special ritual to attract good fortune. 

5. Leo: As part of their devotion, people born under the sign of Leo should present Motichoor laddus as well as bright red flowers to Lord Ganesha and goddess Lakshmi.

7. Libra: When worshipping Lord Ganesha, those born under the sign of Libra should meditate upon the Vakratunda form of Lord Ganesha and offer five coconuts to the deity.

8. Scorpio: Scorpios are advised to chant the mantra "Om Namo Bhagwate Gajannaya" daily and worship Shwetark Ganesha, offering red flowers to overcome life's challenges.

9. Sagittarius: It is suggested that Scorpios worship Shwetark Ganesha and recite the mantra "Om Namo Bhagwate Gajannaya" every day in order to conquer their obstacles.

10.  Capricorn: The natives belonging to the Capricorn zodiac should regularly perform puja for Shakti Vinayak manifestation of Lord Ganesha, and offer betel leaves, betel nuts, cardamom, and cloves to the deity.
