What Are Chakras?

Chakras are the energy centres located from your tailbone to the top of your head, distributing energy throughout your body. Each chakra is believed to operate at a specific frequency and influence different parts of your body. In simple language, just as a Wi-Fi network distributes signals throughout our home, chakras are believed to be energy centres that channel and distribute energy throughout our body.

When properly balanced, these chakras make you feel emotionally strong, physically fit and provide you with mental clarity. They also said to strengthen your connection with your higher self.
