Magha Gupt Navratri 2026 is all set to begin on 19th January 2026. Magha Gupt Navratri are the secret and sacred nine days dedicated to the worship of Maa Durga in her Mahavidya forms. It is called "Gupt" because, instead of public displays, people perform rigorous worship and chant mantras to Goddess Durga in private or in seclusion. This period is also said to be of extreme significance for the fulfilment of desires and gaining inner peace. Worshipping the Ten Mahavidyas during these days is believed to provide unique blessings to their followers.

1. Offer Lotus Flower: If you are troubled by financial difficulties, offer a red lotus flower to Goddess Durga during Gupt Navratri. It is believed that Goddess Lakshmi is fond of the lotus, and this remedy brings wealth into the home.
2. Clove Remedy for Debt Relief: If you are burdened with debt, burn two pairs of whole cloves with camphor every day in front of Goddess Durga. This eliminates negative energy from the house and opens new avenues for financial gain.
3. Read Durga Chalisa: In order to successfully counter the problems and hardships being faced in life, the “Durga Chalisa” can be chanted on a daily basis during these nine days. Through this chanting, not only is the mind at peace, but one’s courage and confidence also augment.
4. Light Akhand Diya: Lighting an akhand diya of pure cow ghee in front of Goddess Durga during Gupt Navratri is considered very auspicious. If you cannot keep an akhand diya, be sure to light a ghee lamp in the morning and evening.

5. Perform This Remedy Using Mauli: To fulfil a special wish, you can take a red cotton thread (mouli), tie seven knots in it, and place it at the feet of the Goddess. After Navratri, tie it on your wrist. It will act as a protective shield.
6. Offer These Items To Maa Durga: Offer a red dupatta, bangles, and vermilion to Goddess Durga for the well-being of the women of the house or for good fortune. Later, donate these items to a married woman. This brings happiness to married life and removes misfortune.

7. Perform Donation Or Charitable Deeds: On the last day of Gupt Navratri, feed a needy person or donate grains. According to the scriptures, serving the poor pleases Goddess Durga, and poverty is eradicated from the home, bringing prosperity.
