Never Wear Shoes Near These 3 Places 

1. Kitchen 

The most crucial rule to remember is that you should never wear shoes and slippers inside your home's kitchen. As a result, Annapurna Mata becomes enraged and you could experience several issues. 

2. Tijori (Safe) 

It is important to bear in mind that you should never go near a safe wearing shoes or slippers.

Goddess Lakshmi becomes enraged if someone visits near the tijori while wearing shoes or slippers. Additionally, this might lead to monetary problems. 

3. Temple 

The Hindu temple is referred to as the "house of God." Due to this, never, not even inadvertently enter the temple wearing shoes or slippers. It is religiously believed that God is displeased when people visit temples wearing shoes and slippers. One shouldn’t even enter his/her home’s temple while wearing shoes.

Ideal Places To Keep Shoes According To Vastu Shastra 

Outside The House 

Take off your shoes and slippers if you wear them outside the house. You run the risk of bringing negative energy into your home if you wear slippers and shoes inside.

Balcony 

In accordance with Vastu Shastra, you can construct a shoe and slipper cabinet on your balcony if it faces west or south. This is regarded as the right course of action. 

Ideal Direction For Keeping Shoes 

The shoe cabinet should be oriented towards the northwest. This cabinet can also be placed facing southwest.

Additional Vastu Tips To Keep Shoes 

- The shoe cabinet should never be placed near the kitchen wall or temple. This is not regarded as auspicious. 

- The most important rule is that shoes and slippers should never be kept on the lowest rack of the cabinet where your money is kept, considering that this enrages Goddess Lakshmi.
