Hariyali Teej Vrat 2023: The Tritiya Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Sawan is celebrated as Hariyali Teej. It is one of the most important Hindu festivals which is widely celebrated in Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Madhya Pradesh. Hariyali Teej is often called Shravan Teej or Chhoti Teej. Married women dress beautifully on this day in green traditional attire while adorning their hands with pretty henna designs and bangles.
They worship Lord Shiva to seek blessings for a happily married life. The importance of Hariyali Teej of Sawan is even more valid because this month also belongs to the merciful Lord. On this day, one might obtain all the joys of marriage by worshiping Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati.
