4. The Energy Flow of Chakras

According to yoga tradition, the human body is composed of seven main chakras, or energy centres. Maintaining one's bodily, mental, and spiritual well-being depends on these chakras. Investigating the meaning of 108 reveals that it is closely related to these energy centres. Prana, or life force, runs through 108 energy corridors, or nadis, that connect the chakras. Achieving spiritual balance and awareness requires aligning these energies.
