Al-Nassr vs Al-Hilal, Riyadh Season Cup: Cristiano Ronaldo once again is now on the top of the headlines but not for good reasons as he had a disappointing outing against Al-Hilal in the Riyadh Season Cup final.

Ronaldo managed to bag just one shot on target which was saved by Al-Hilal goalkeeper Yassine Bounou as Al-Hilal suffered a 0-2 defeat.

Ronaldo's frustration was full on display as he also was caught offside on three occasions and was shown a yellow card for kicking the ball away after a free-kick was awarded against him.

Things got from bad to worse for the Portuguese star as he was mocked by Lionel Messi chants from Al Hilal supporters and his post-match horrible gesture has gone viral on social media.

The match witnessed just two goals that were scored in the first half from Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Salem Aldawsari but the controversy surrounding Ronaldo kept dominating the headlines after the end of the game.

In a viral video on social media, Ronaldo can be seen getting frustrated with 'Messi Messi' changes as he got furious and shouted - "I am here now. Not Messi".

Another video was seen surfacing on social media in which Ronaldo made an indecent gesture towards the Al-Hilal fans after the match ended.

A scarf was thrown by some fans on Ronaldo's way out of the pitch and the star footballer picked it up to show dishonor to it in a bizarre way, ending up receiving massive boos from the supporters.

His actions have received massive backlash with football fans bashing the legendary player for his frustration and insecurities.

Earlier, Al Nassr crushed Inter Miami 6-0 as injury ruled Cristiano Ronaldo out of a much-hyped showdown with Lionel Messi who came as a late substitute in the friendly in Riyadh.

Ronaldo's calf injury prompted Al Nassr to cancel their two-game China tour last week and it denied him what could have been the last dance against longtime rival Messi.

Their most recent meeting came in January 2023 when Ronaldo played in a Saudi select team beaten 5-4 by Messi's PSG.

Thursday's fixture between Al Nassr and Al Hilal ended up trending for one more reason as WWE Super Undertaker made a grand appearance and unveiled the trophy in an emphatic way.
