Dabang Delhi wins PKL 2025 title: Dabang Delhi KC produced an impressive effort to outclass Puneri Paltan 31-28 in the thrilling final to clinch the Pro Kabaddi League 2025 title at the Thyagaraj Stadium in New Delhi on Friday. This was Delhi's second PKL title as they joined U Mumba in the list of teams to lift the trophy at home.

Both teams headed into the summit clash with an aim to become only the third team in PKL history to win multiple titles after Patna Pirates and Jaipur Pink Panthers. The match witnessed so many ups and downs, but Delhi showed incredible composure towards the end to deny Puneri Paltan a second crown.

Neeraj Narwal and Ajinkya Pawar led Delhi’s raiding unit with eight and six points respectively. Meanwhile, for Puneri Paltan, Aditya Shinde registered a Super 10, and Abinesh Nadarajan scored four tackle points.

This was the fourth time the two teams went head-to-head this season. Interestingly, all three previous meetings between Delhi and Pune went into tiebreakers. Pune clinched the first two matches, while Dabang Delhi secured one in the Qualifiers.

Most Valuable Player: Fazel Atrachali (Dabang Delhi)

Atrachali played a major role in Delhi's title success, scoring 52 tackle points and finishing as their best defender.


Raider of the season – Ayan Lohchab (Patna Pirates)

Ayan Lohchab had a remarkable campaign this season at an individual level, scoring 316 raid points in just 22 games, earning him the title of Best Raider of the Season.


Defender of the season – Navdeep (Patna Pirates)

In just his second PKL season, Navdeep made a massive impact, recording 73 tackle points in 21 games. He became the first player in PKL history to register four consecutive High 5s in the knockouts.


New Young Player (NYP) of the Season – Deepak Sankar (Bengaluru Bulls)

Deepak produced a stellar debut season, scoring 64 tackle points in just 19 matches, including five High 5s.
