MMA legend and one of the greatest of all time, Khabib Nurmagomedov was involved in a distressing incident recently after being unexpectedly forced to leave his seat and subsequently removed from a Frontier Airlines flight in Las Vegas, United States, without being offered a reasonable explanation.
The video of the incident has gone viral on social media in which Khabib is seen walking out of the aircraft after being asked to leave by a flight attendant.

Khabib took to social media platform X to address the incident and express his bewilderment. The undefeated champion stated that he was unclear as to why he was asked to leave the flight, and despite being proficient in speaking and understanding English, he couldn't comprehend the reasoning behind the request to vacate his seat.
First of all, I need to clarify that it was @FlyFrontier not AlaskaAir.

The MMA legend expressed his puzzlement over the staff member's behaviour, wondering what could have prompted such an attitude towards him. Khabib revealed that one of the flight staff members was dismissive and rude to him from the very beginning.
"What was the base for that, racial, national or other one, I'm not sure," Khabib posted on X.
"First of all, I need to clarify that it was Fly Frontier not AlaskaAir. "But after 2 minutes of conversation, she called security and I was deplaned from this aircraft, after 1,5 hour I boarded another airline one and left to my destination. I did my best to stay calm and respecttul as you can see on the video. But those crew members could do better next time and just be nice with clients," he concluded.
Meanwhile, former Lightweight title contender Michael Chandler, in reaction to the incident, wrote on X: “Can you imagine, an emergency happens on your plane and you would prefer a ‘perfect’ speaking human instead of one of the greatest athletes of all time because you’re ‘uncomfortable’ with his ability to speak English(which is very good, btw) - this is bizarre. Not only was he the most physically capable human being on the plane but I’m pretty sure the ONLY qualification to sitting in the exit row is being able to say the word yes.”
Having left the ring despite his victory spree of 29-0, Khabib has remained engaged in the sport. He trains and coaches the next generation of wrestlers and splits his time between Dagestan, where he comes from, and the USA.
