World Tennis League (WTL) announced the format, schedule, and ticketing details for its first edition in India. The tournament will happen at the SM Krishna Tennis Stadium in Bengaluru from December 17 to 20.

Format: The World Tennis League 2025 will feature a fast and competitive four-set format, including Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles, and two Doubles sets. The captain who wins the pre-match toss will choose the doubles teams, adding some strategy before play starts. Unlike traditional tournaments, the tie will go to the team that wins the most games overall. This means every game and every point matter.

All teams will meet once in the league stage, and the top two will move on to the final. Two matches will be held each day, giving fans four days of continuous tennis action. Matches will use traditional scoring, with a Golden Point at Deuce and a tie-break at 6-6. If the trailing team wins the fourth set, play goes into Overtime. If scores are tied, a Super Shootout will decide the winner, ensuring every match concludes with excitement.
