WWE RAW Netflix Debut Results And Match Winners: 

A new and monumental chapter in the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) history was unleashed as the latest Monday Night RAW episode aired on January 7 while making its big Netflix debut.

The WWE Raw was hosted live at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, California. The show featured some blockbuster promos from wrestling superstars like The Rock and John Cena.

A total of four fights were set as per the official match card for the night including a title bout.

WWE Raw's Netflix debut was kicked off in style as the fans were treated to the highly-anticipated Tribal Combat match between Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa.

In women’s action, Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan faced off for the WWE Women’s World Championship. On the other hand, veteran WWE superstars CM Punk and Seth Rollins locked horns to put an end to their ongoing battle in the show’s main event.

 

The Rock returns to RAW on show's Netflix debut

A star appearance took place during Raw's Netflix debut as legendary WWE superstar The Rock walked out and received a massive standing ovation from the crowd.

He was carrying the People’s Championship on his shoulder.
After giving a small tribute to his father Rocky Johnson, The Rock talked about how he wanted to acknowledge a few people.

While addressing Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns, The Rock said that he would be watching Reigns’ Tribal Combat match against Solo Sikoa. The 52-year-old then left the ring and hugged Rhodes who was standing at ringside.

 

John Cena's retirement tour begins

Cena kicked off the segment with his signature run-up and headed inside the ring. Having received enormous applause from the crowd, Cena thanked Netflix and RAW for allowing him to appear in Los Angeles one last time as a WWE superstar.

Cena then recalled his long and stellar career, mentioning the feeling when he won an official match in the WWE but is now at peace with it.

Cena then made a massive announcement as he confirmed that he would be participating in his last men’s Royal Rumble match later this month and walked off the ring.

 

The Undertaker lauds Rhea Ripley

As Rhea Ripley celebrated her Women’s World Championship triumph with the crowd, the bell rang out of nowhere.

Moments later, The Undertaker appeared in a familiar outfit and took a ride down to the ring on his motorcycle, rolling back the years again.

He completed a round around the ring before getting off and joining Ripley inside. The duo raised their arms together. The moment was nostalgic for several fans across the world, recalling the moment when The Undertaker had appeared in the main event the very first episode of Monday Night RAW against Damien Demento.

Roman Reigns vs Solo Sikoa in a Tribal Combat match:

Roman Reigns beat Solo Sikoa via pinfall with a spear to become the Undisputed Tribal Chief of The Bloodline.


Liv Morgan (c) vs Rhea Ripley in a WWE Women’s World Championship match:

Rhea Ripley won the match by pinfall after hitting Liv Morgan with the Riptide to become the new WWE Women’s World Champion.

 

Drew McIntyre vs ‘Main Event’ Jey Uso

Jey Uso sealed a victory with an Inside Cradle on Drew McIntyre.

 

CM Punk vs Seth Rollins

CM Punk defeated Seth Rollins with the iconic GTS (Go To Sleep) move.
