Elon Musk, who recently got much attention for the lawsuit he brought against ChatGPT maker OpenAI, has stated that artificial intelligence will be smarter than every individual person by 2029. This comes just days after Tesla's CEO filed a lawsuit against OpenAI, alleging that the company violated the founding agreement and has shifted its approach away from benefiting humanity in favour of making money for Microsoft.
Retaliating, OpenAI declared that they have no founding agreement with Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX.By the end of the year, AI will surpass human intelligence, according to a recent post made by the billionaire on X.
"By 2029, AI will probably be smarter than all humans combined," Musk stated.
In the meantime, OpenAI has enlisted the services of eminent solicitors from Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz to defend the business in its legal dispute with Musk. The business claimed in a court document that "Musk supported a for-profit structure for OpenAI, to be controlled by Musk himself, and dropped the project when his wishes were not followed."
The lawsuit further stated, "After witnessing the incredible technological advancements OpenAI has made, Musk now wants that success for himself."
"The Founding Agreement is instead a fiction Musk has conjured to lay an unearned claim to the fruits of an enterprise he initially supported, then abandoned, then watched succeed without him."
Not only that, but Elon Musk has also announced that xAI will open GrokAI, the ChatGPT rival for open source this week. While a user said that OpenAI should do the same, Elon Musk replied, OpenAI is a lie.
