Airtel has been facing network issues in several areas. Many users in Delhi-NCR and Noida have reported that Airtel Mobile Internet and Network were down. Now, people living in Noida have recently received a message that Airtel services might get affected due to a technical issue. These widespread reports indicate a potentially serious underlying technical problem affecting Airtel's infrastructure. Airtel Services Affected in Noida Sector 16 And Some Metro Cities Including Delhi
According to the reports, these complaints started around 4PM. The issues were not limited to one city only. Users from metro cities such as Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR have reported the outage via the online platform X (formerly Twitter).
Reports also suggest that the outages were split across various Airtel services: 71% of users were facing issues on mobile phones, 14% were facing issues with mobile internet, and 15% of users reported a complete signal loss.

Here is the exact message quoted that Airtel sent:
“Hi, due to a technical issue at our end, your mobile services may temporarily get affected in Sector 16. This is not the experience we want you to have. Rest assured, we are on the job to rectify the issue at the earliest - Team Airtel”
