APPLE, a California-based consumer electronics company known for its flagship smartphones has once again shocked the fans by announcing the yellow colour iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus in over 60 countries including India. The smartphone would be the sixth colour option to choose from and would be available for pre-order starting from March 10. The smartphone will be available in offline retail stores and online for sale starting from March 14.
The Apple iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus have not received as much attention in India as the company would have hoped. It will be fascinating to watch if the company is able to increase sales of the vanilla trim and the larger Plus trim in the country with the new add-on.
Previously, rumours have suggested that the company could soon introduce a yellow colour iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus in India this week, which actually turned out to be true. Surprisingly, the company offered a similar alpine green and green colour for the iPhone 13 series last year, and it appears that this has been a pattern for the company.
"People love their iPhone and rely on it every day for all that they do," said Bob Borchers, Apple's vice president of worldwide product marketing, in a prepared statement. "Now there's an exciting addition to the lineup with a new yellow iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus," he continued, adding that "the extraordinary battery life, lightweight design, pro-level camera, and video features, ground-breaking safety capabilities like Emergency SOS via satellite, and all iOS 16 has to offer make make make make make make make make
