CHATGPT, a popular chatbot created by San Francisco-based technology business OpenAI, is back after a one hour outage. Hundreds of people were having difficulty gaining access to the platform. On the other side, the number of reports on the outage detection website Down Detector were increased. At the time of writing, approximately 1,200 reports of people dealing with problems had been received.

Plenty of users took Twitter to address the issue and trolled the platform with memes, trolls, opinions and other content. The company on the other hand is yet to address the issue. Reportedly, the paid subscribers were also affected by the outage and are unable to access the chatbot for doing their day to day tasks. The platform is now back and is functioning properly.

Meanwhile, Open AI has upgraded the language module to GPT-4 which is more capable than the predecessor GPT-3.5. Using the current module, the users would be able to do the creative tasks including writing a marketing copy, screenplay, dialogues, script and more. Additionally, the users would also be able to get answers to their advanced questions with the help of this module.

Furthermore, OpenAI has launched the premium ChatGPT Plus membership for Indian users. Those that subscribe will receive premium perks such as no blackout windows and faster responses without throttling. Not only that, but consumers would be the first to get their hands on new features and add-ons.

Sam Altman, the company's CEO, tweeted on Friday that the company likes India. In addition, he shared OpenAI's tweet, which reads, "India is our favourite country. Fantastic news! ChatGPT Plus subscriptions are now available in India. Visit https://chat.openai.com today to get early access to upcoming features like GPT-4."
