Google Bard, the ChatGPT competitor may now be more advanced as the tech giant is planning to introduce a paid subscription. The new subscription called Bard Advanced will be the upgraded version of the existing version and will directly compete with OpenAI's ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot. It will be powered by Gemini Ultra, the company’s new large language model.

After discovering the updated Bard version for the first time, developer Dylan Roussel said on X that "Bard Advanced will be accessible on Google One with a paid subscription."Google will get you access to "Bard Advanced" for three months via Google One. Gemini Ultra will be used by Bard Advanced," he said late on Thursday. Although it's not yet complete, the feature should let you "Explore different topics to see what you can do with Bard."

"A more capable broad language model with sophisticated arithmetic and reasoning ability" is called 'Bard Advanced. Additionally, developer Bedros Pamboukian discovered that Google is developing a tier called advanced. Google announced last month that it would be making its LLM Gemini Pro available to developers and businesses so they could create their own use cases for complex jobs.

Additionally, the business unveiled Google AI Studio, a free online developer platform that lets users create prompts fast and obtain an API token for use in creating apps. With up to 60 queries per minute, Gemini Pro and Gemini Pro Vision are currently available to developers for free through Google AI Studio, making them appropriate for the majority of app development requirements.

"After more fine-tuning, safety testing, and obtaining insightful input from partners, we will unveil Gemini Ultra, our largest and most powerful model for extremely difficult jobs, early in the next year. Additionally, we'll integrate Gemini with additional developer platforms like Firebase and Chrome," added Google.
