India post has now introduced the Dak Sewa 2.0 app, which is a new digital mobile application with the latest features to provide the customer care of world-class Postal services in India side by side, offering real-time information of all postal operations. Downloadable on both Android and iOS, the fresh app will allow users to avail a variety of postal services at their fingertips—from tracking parcels and checking postage rates to booking mail, generating e-receipts and even filing a complaint.

- Book mail and generate digital receipts.
- File and track complaints related to postal or financial services.
