Infinix SMART 8 HD Launched In India: Infinix has announced the Smart 8 HD smartphone for buyers in India. It primarily targets the budget users who plan to buy a handset in the sub-Rs 7,000 price range. The 4G device will be available for purchase on Flipkart. It comes in four trendy colour options to choose from.

Infinix SMART 8 HD Specifications
The phone gets a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS 90Hz screen with a peak brightness of up to 500nits. It weighs 184g and is 8.5mm thick. Under the hood, the device sports an octa-core Unisoc T606 CPU. For an improved sound experience, the Smart 8 HD gets DTS audio technology. It runs on XOS 13 based on Android 13 Go edition.

The smartphone offers a 'Magic Ring' setup similar to the iPhone's Dynamic Island at the top of the display. As for storage, it gets 3GB RAM (which is expandable via virtual expansion) and 64GB UFS 2.2 storage. It has a 5,000mAh battery. On the rear, the smartphone has a 13MP primary lens with Quad LED Ring Flash.
An 8MP selfie camera sits inside the punch-hole on the display. Moving to connectivity, the 4G device sports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, a microSD card slot and a USB Type-C port for charging. For security, the device gets a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and Face Unlock support.
Infinix SMART 8 HD Price In India
Infinix SMART 8 HD carries a starting price of Rs 6,299 (3GB + 64GB) on Flipkart. It is available in four colour options: Crystal Green, Timber Black, Shiny Gold and Galaxy White. The first sale of the handset will be live on December 13, 12 noon. Buyers can avail of up to 10 per cent discount (up to Rs 630 off) via select Axis bank cards, subject to website terms.
