Instagram Down Today News: Meta's photo and video-sharing platform Instagram is now working fine after facing a service disruption in India. According to Downdetector, an outage monitoring site, the outage graph peaked in red with over 6,000 reports at around 12:05 PM in India. Instagram accounts reported problems while accessing Reels on the platform. Plus, issues were also reported in the feed of the app.

About 33 per cent of users reported issues with the app, 57 per cent faced problems with the feed and 10 per cent reported errors with login. Several users are reporting about the outage on Elon Musk's X (formerly called Twitter). According to screengrabs posted on the microblogging platform, the error message read: "We're sorry, but something went wrong. Please try again."

Another message read, "Something went wrong. There's an issue and the page could not be loaded." The Meta app has not shared an official statement concerning the outage at the time of writing. According to the heat map on Downdetector, among the regions affected in India by the outage include Chandigarh, Delhi, Lucknow, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Chennai, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and more.
