Apple’s iPhone 15 series and iOS 17 have already become a hot topic for the tech industry as the new reports suggest that the new flagship series can debut on September 13. Not only that, here are the 5 reasons why you should be choosing iPhone 15 over iPhone 14.

1. Improved performance:

Apple iPhone 15 series is expected to make its global debut with Apple’s own A17 Bionic chipset while the iPhone 14 Pro gets its power from the Bionic A16 chipset. If this happens, it will be the company’s fastest smartphone with smooth multitasking and improved performance. So waiting for it will not be a bad idea.

2. Action Button:

According to the reports, the company may include a new Action Button which will be much similar to the flagship Apple Watch Ultra but with more focused and customised options. It is also expected that the iPhone 15 series may get new physical buttons that will replace the Ring switch. The report suggests that with this move the company aims to offer more quick access to functions without asking the users to unlock the phone.

3. Dynamic Island:

According to Mark Gurman’s report, all the iPhone 15 series models will have the dynamic island feature as the standard. For those unaware, the dynamic island is a pill-shaped cutout on the top of the screen which can perform a variety of tasks. It was earlier available in the iPhone 14 Pro trims but now it is expected to come on iPhone 15 series.

4. Battery:

According to the reports, the iPhone 15 is rumoured to get a 3,877mAh battery which is more than the iPhone 14’s 3,279mAh. The iPhone 15 Plus is said to get a 4,912mAh battery and the iPhone 15 Pro will get a 3,650mAh battery which is 450 mAh more than the iPhone 14 Pro’s 3,200mAh.

5. Camera Module:

According to the reports, the tech giant will include the periscope lens this time. It aims to offer expanded optical zoom capability to the phone which will result in better photography and videography.
