iPhone 16 Leaks: Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone 16 series at a launch event in September 2024. The smartphones have been subject to a range of leaks in the past with details including their specifications and launch date. In the latest move, the colours of the iPhone 16 Pro lineup were leaked via a dummy unit image shared by X (formerly called Twitter) user Sonny Dickson.

iPhone 16 Pro Colours (Leaked)

The 'Pro' smartphones are expected to debut in four colour options. Besides the expected white, black and silver, the tech giant could introduce the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max in a new bronze shade. The marketing name of the colours remains unknown. The fourth shade is the most mysterious of the lot and is expected to replace the Blue Titanium.

Do note that the shot may not be a correct portrayal of the real-life hue from the naked eye as the the image could be affected due to lighting and camera processing. Plus, the dummy units may not represent a final product like the production unit as it may be an unfinished replica. In another set of images, the dummy units of the iPhone 16 appeared on Reddit. iPhone 16 may arrive with a vertical camera array on the rear. It was leaked in white and black colours.

iPhone 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max Specifications (Expectations)

Coming back to the Pro models, the iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max could carry a screen size of 6.3-inch and 6.9-inch, respectively. Under the hood, the models could gain an A18 Pro chipset. As for the optics, the devices could offer an upgraded 48MP ultrawide lens and a 5x telephoto. Plus, these Pro models could get a Capture button for video recording and capturing photos.

iPhone 16 Series Launch Date (Expectations)

As for the launch date, the iPhone 16 series could launch on September 10 and the availability may be pegged at September 20. While no concrete details are available, the pricing of the iPhone 16 Pro models may remain unchanged and the same as the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.
