As September approaches, excitement is building among Apple fans awaiting the company’s next big hardware showcase. And at the heart of the buzz? The upcoming iPhone 17 Pro—tipped to be the standout flagship of the year.

Fresh Renders Hint at New Camera Design and Vibrant Colour

On July 30, a Bluesky tipster dropped what appear to be early renders of the iPhone 17 series. The design reveals a revamped camera island at the back, with the Pro model set to arrive in a striking new bright orange finish—joining the existing white, black, and dark blue colour options.

Adding fuel to the speculation, prototype iPhone 17 Pro units were reportedly spotted in San Francisco, suggesting Apple may be testing new camera hardware.

A Mysterious New Camera Control?

One standout detail from the leak points to a third camera control on the top edge of the phone. The positioning hints at a possible touch-sensitive scroll surface. If accurate, it could be designed for easier access when the phone is held in landscape mode—allowing one index finger to control the primary function and the other to navigate this new feature.

Possible Launch Dates Surface

According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman and other sources, Apple is expected to hold its launch event either on Monday, September 8 or Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

What Else to Expect

The iPhone 17 Pro is expected to carry forward Apple’s premium design cues, with a front Dynamic Island, slim bezels, and a new rear camera layout. A slightly lowered Apple logo on the back may aid in better MagSafe alignment.
