iPhone 17 Pro Max: With the iPhone 17 launch expected to happen in September, Apple is gearing up to bring some significant changes with its upcoming model. Unlike last year, it is expected that Apple will focus on design overhauls for all its variants while last year's iPhone 16 series mainly focused on design tweaks for the non-Pro models.
iPhone 17 Pro Max Release Timeline and Availability (Expected)
As was the case with previous years releases, Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone 17 series in September, with the Pro Max variant set for reveal between September 6 and 13. The official release should happen around September 19-20, with pre-orders possibly opening a few days earlier.
iPhone 17 Pro Max Price in India (Expected)
Now with as we are expecting design changes, another thing that could happen is that we also witness a price hike as compared to last year's models. It is expected to be priced at around Rs 1,45,000, which is just a small increase from the Rs 1,44,900 price tag of the iPhone 16 Pro Max.

iPhone 17 Pro Max Design (Expected)
The rumours are that the iPhone 17 Pro Max will feature a refreshed design, with Apple potentially returning to aluminium, a material last used in the iPhone X. This could replace the titanium and stainless steel used in more recent models, making the device lighter while still maintaining a premium feel. The back is expected to have a combination of aluminium and glass, with the glass supporting wireless charging.
iPhone 17 Pro Max Specifications (Expected)
Powering the iPhone 17 Pro Max will likely be the new A19 Pro chip, bringing faster performance and greater efficiency. The device is expected to come with up to 12GB of RAM to handle more advanced AI features. When it comes to the camera, the Pro Max is rumored to sport three 48MP sensors: a Wide, Ultra Wide, and a new Tetraprism Telephoto lens. Additionally, the front camera will get a major upgrade, with a 24MP sensor—doubling the resolution of previous models’ 12MP front cameras.
