iPhone 17 Series Leaks: Cupertino-based tech giant Apple is rumoured to launch the iPhone 16 series this year. Following this, the company could unveil the iPhone 17 series next year. One of the smartphones in the lineup could be thinner compared to other models, according to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman. For the unaware, the company recently unveiled the iPad Pro as the thinnest Apple product ever.

According to Gurman's Power On newsletter, the company is reportedly developing a "significantly skinnier" iPhone model, which could debut with the iPhone 17 series. The company is also working on a slimmer MacBook Pro and Apple Watch. This could imply the company's remapped priorities towards slim form factor devices.

The rumoured iPhone could be the "iPhone 17 Slim", which was tipped in reports recently. Citing analyst Jeff Pu, MacRumors reported the company could be planning to replace the Plus model with the slim iteration next year. As for the specs, the device could debut with a 6.6-inch OLED display with a narrower Dynamic Island, A19 processor, 8GB RAM, a 24MP selfie shooter and a 48MP telephoto sensor on the rear.

Apple iPhone 17 Slim could get an aluminium frame with a few design tweaks. The camera module on the device could sit at the top-center on the back. According to The Information, the model could carry a starting price of $1,199, which could be higher than the Pro Max trim. While rumours are scant at the moment, the possible launch date of the iPhone 17 Slim could fall in September 2025.
