iQOO has expanded its product lineup in China with the launch of the new iQOO Pad 6 Pro and iQOO TWS 5i during its May 2026 launch event. Alongside these devices, the company also introduced the iQOO 15T. Both the tablet and earbuds are already available for purchase through Vivo’s official online store in China.

The iQOO Pad 6 Pro arrives as a premium Android tablet focused on performance and multimedia use. It features a large 13.2-inch 4K LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a 3:2 aspect ratio, and brightness levels reaching up to 1,200 nits. Powering the device is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage.
The tablet runs Android 16-based ColorOS 6 and is designed to handle intensive workloads with the help of a built-in 3D cooling system. For entertainment, iQOO has added an eight-speaker panoramic audio setup.
In terms of cameras, the Pad 6 Pro includes a 13-megapixel rear sensor and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls and selfies. This unit has an enormous 13,000 mAh battery with support for quick-charging technology via USB type-c port.
The connectivity features that you can find here are Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, whereas security is provided through support of face unlocking. It has a thickness of 6.18 mm and weighs about 663 grams.
The starting price of the iQOO Pad 6 Pro 8GB + 256GB is CNY 4,499. The 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB versions are priced at CNY 4,999 and CNY 5,799, respectively. Meanwhile, the top-end 16GB + 512GB model costs CNY 6,699. The tablet is available in Gray Crystal, Isle of Man, and Silverwing colour options.
Alongside the tablet, iQOO also introduced the budget-focused iQOO TWS 5i earbuds at CNY 119. The earbuds come in a Sharp Yellow finish and offer gaming-centric audio features such as Monster Sound mode, DeepX 3.0 stereo sound, and spatial audio support.
The TWS 5i supports AAC, SBC, and LC3 codecs and features AI-powered noise reduction for clearer calls. However, active noise cancellation is missing here.
Each earbud is equipped with a 10mm dynamic driver, while Bluetooth 5.4 support enables connectivity with a range of up to 10 metres. According to the company, the earbuds can deliver up to 11.5 hours of playback on a single charge, with the charging case extending total battery life to as much as 50 hours.
