iQOO is slated to launch the iQOO Z9 5G in the Indian market on March 12, and speculation about its price and specifications has already begun. Vivo's sub-brand debuted the Neo 9 Pro in India recently and is currently preparing to launch another mid-ranger. In the most recent update, tipster Yogesh Brar has predicted the smartphone's key specifications and pricing range.

iQOO Z9 5G Specifications (Expected):

According to Brar, the smartphone is slated to get a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with Full HD+ resolution. It may get a peak brightness of 1,800 nits and a refresh rate panel of 120 Hz. The smartphone may draw its power from the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset and may come paired with up to 8 GB RAM along with virtual RAM. It will run on the Android 14-based FuntouchOS 14 and may be backed by a 5,000 mAh battery with 44W fast charging (wired).

iQOO Z9 5G camera may get a dual-lens setup with a 50 MP IMX882 primary shooter with optical image stabilisation along with a 2 MP secondary shooter. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone may get a 16 MP front camera with a variety of different modes.

Do note that the company has not announced any key specifications and we will have to wait for the launch which is scheduled for March 12.

iQOO Z9 5G Price Expectations:

According to the tipster, the iQOO Z9 5G will be launched in a price range between Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000. Again, the company has not announced any concrete information about the pricing.

Meanwhile, the company has already introduced iQOO Neo 9 Pro in India which will compete with the OnePlus 12R.
