Kotak Mahindra Bank App Down: Customers of Kotak Mahindra Bank faced technical issues while using the app today. However, the services are now back as the graph on Downdetector is now on a downward trend and the reports have also subsided to under 50 at 02:26 PM.

According to Downdetector (an outage monitoring platform), users have reported over 850 outage instances (at 11:15 AM today) on the app. Among the reported issues, 51 per cent of problems concern mobile banking, 29 per cent are centred around account balances and 19 per cent report problems during funds transfer.

The bank has acknowledged the issue on X (formerly Twitter) and said it is "actively working to resolve this swiftly." The problems reported by users include failed transactions and checking essential details such as bank balances and more. The bank is aware of the issue, which affects the "mobile banking app for some customers", and a result is expected "shortly".

The outage graph on Downdetector is subsiding, and it seems the company has implemented a fix. However, the bank has not acknowledged that the problem has been fixed.
