Lava Agni 4 Launch Confirmed For November 20: Expected Specifications, Design, And Features

Lava officially announced the date and time for its successor to the Agni 3 5G launched in October 2024, the Lava Agni 4. It will make its global debut on November 20, as per an announcement made via social media and an indication of MediaTek Dimensity chipset compatibility and dual rear camera configuration via an announcement posted to social media by Lava itself.

Lava Agni 4: Launch Details and Teasers

Lava Mobiles announced last week that the Lava Agni 4 would be released for sale on November 20. A powerful Dimensity logo confirms this news without disclosing which model may use one.

According to early leaks and reports, the Lava Agni 4 may feature the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset combined with UFS 4.0 storage for fast app loading speeds and overall performance. The tagline used in its teaser video supports these claims: "Performance without Excuses." It suggests a performance-centric smartphone ideal for gamers as well as multitaskers alike.

New Design and Camera Setup

On November 1, the company teased a dual rear camera setup for their Agni 4 via another Instagram X post. The image showed a horizontal pill-shaped module housing two lenses with AGNI branding in between, marking an obvious departure from the triple camera configuration seen on Agni 3 5G.

Although Lava has yet to disclose specific camera details, their new design direction suggests a refined yet minimalist approach characterised by utilitarian aesthetics.

Certification Leak and Battery Upgrade

As speculation escalates, the Lava phone LBP1071A was recently listed on the IECEE certification website with an upgraded 7,000mAh lithium polymer battery capacity – potentially suggesting an upgrade from the Agni 3 5G's 5,000mAh unit.

Although not explicitly named the Agni 4, its timing and specifications point toward such an association. If this proves true, then the Agni 4 could become one of the highest battery capacity smartphones within its category.
