Microsoft has been aggressively investing in AI and now introduced an AI-powered chatbot dubbed Xbox Support Virtual Agent for gamers. The tech giant has been integrating AI tools in different services in order to make the user experience better. Now, the company has added the AI chatbot to its Xbox. But it is worth noting that the AI chatbot will be available for Xbox Insiders in the US.

Xbox Support Virtual Agent

As per the reports, the Xbox Support Virtual Agent will be addressing the players to resolve support-related gaming issues with more efficiency. Microsoft claims that this Support Virtual Agenct can answer questions about the Xbox consoles and game support in a much faster approach without any need for human assistance.

If you are in the US and have Xbox Insider, you can find the feature on the Contact Us page. The players will need to sign in in order to access the bot. After that, the players can tap on the ‘Ask a question’ button and the chatbot will redirect them to a new browser window. There the users will be asked questions via text or voice. In case, the AI chatbot is unable to provide the answers, the players will have an option to connect to a live support agent.

Further, Microsoft is also taking feedback which will be later taken into consideration for improvement. It remains to be seen when will the company roll out the feature outside the US.

Meanwhile, Sony has also recently introduced the PS 5 Pro with AI upscaling features thanks to the new Super Resolution technology. The new technology claimed to add more detail and clarity for gamers using artificial intelligence.
