MICROSOFT, an American multinational technology company, has finally announced the new "Dynamics 365 Copilot," which will provide interactive, AI-powered assistance across all business functions. Notably, the company has been working on integrating AI services into many of its existing services for several months.

What Is Dynamic 365 Copilot:

Dynamics 365 Copilot makes use of recent advancements in generative AI to automate "tedious" tasks and unleash the full creative potential of the workforce.

Taking to a blog post, Microsoft announced Dynamic 365 Copilot for different businesses to help them provide their employees with different AI services and tools for the field of sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain management.

Continuing the blog post the company further mentioned that 9 out of 10 employees on different levels wish to use AI tools to reduce repetitive tasks.

"Dynamics 365 Copilot enables business users to accelerate their pace of innovation and improve business outcomes in every line of business by putting Customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) to work," the company said.

For instance, Copilot in "Dynamics 365 Sales and Viva Sales" aids sellers in cutting down on "clerical" time-consuming tasks.

The "Dynamics 365 Customer Insights" and "Dynamics 365 Marketing" Copilot feature, on the other hand, enables marketers to streamline their workflow in data exploration, audience segmentation, and content creation.

“Today's announcement builds on Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform's recent AI momentum. This includes the next generation of AI capabilities in Microsoft Teams, the work collaboration platform with over 280 million monthly active users; Viva Sales, which assists sellers by bringing a sales copilot to their flow of work in Microsoft 365; and Power Apps, which allows citizen developers to write code using natural language,” the company wrote in the blog post.
