It offers better display protection compared to last year’s model with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, and there are stereo speakers that come with audio coupling featuring Dolby Atmos.

On the performance end, Motorola has gone with the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset (the same processor as in the Moto G Power [2025]). It comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 1TB with a microSD card. The device comes with Android 16 out of the box.

On the photography front, the Moto G Power (2026) boasts of a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilisation and an 8MP ultra-wide camera on the back. Battery life remains one of its standout selling points. The device also includes support for a 5,200mAh battery, featuring 30W wired charging and still relatively rare in this segment, the handset comes with 15W wireless charging. A 3.5mm headphone jack, NFC, FM radio and a side-mounted fingerprint reader are other features that round out the phone.

Overall Takeaway

The Moto G Power (2026) largely plays into the formula that has made this series a hit, as it maintains many of its fundamental features. It may not make massive strides forward in performance, but it’s home to some genuinely useful new features like an improved selfie camera, stronger screen protection and new colour options. Given its huge battery, pristine Android interface and wireless charging capability, it remains a solid option for people who value staying power and day-to-day ease of use over bleeding-edge tech.
