Moto Edge 50 Ultra Release Date: Motorola is all set to announce the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra this month. The company has confirmed the device will launch in India on June 18, 12:00 PM on Flipkart. Moto Edge 50 Ultra is confirmed to get Moto AI and Smart Connect features. It will offer Magic Canvas (to generate AI images via prompts), Action Shot (for shooting blur-free images), AI-powered cameras, generative AI theming and more.

The handset is confirmed to offer a telephoto OIS sensor with 100x AI Super Zoom. It will have an aluminium frame and a wood finish on the back on one variant and vegan leather in the Forest Grey colour.

Moto Edge 50 Ultra Specifications (Expected)

The Edge 50 Ultra will offer a 6.7-inch 1.5K pOLED 144Hz 10-bit curved screen with Gorilla Glass Victus protection and 2,500nits peak brightness. Under the hood, the device will offer a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and may have up to 12GB + 512GB storage. Motorola is promising three OS updates with the phone, as per the Flipkart listing.

The Edge 50 Ultra may have a 4,500mAh battery with 125W wired and 50W wireless charging with 10W wireless charging. The phone will likely offer a 50MP main + 50MP ultrawide + 64MP telephoto lens on the rear and a 50MP selfie shooter. The IP68-rated handset may offer Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC and a USB Type-C port for charging.

Motorola Edge 50 Ultra Price In India (Expected)

The handset could reportedly sit in the Rs 40,000-50,000 price range. At that price, it could take on the OnePlus 12R, iQOO Neo 9 Pro, upcoming Xiaomi 14 Civi, Realme GT 6 and more handsets. However, readers should note that Motorola has not confirmed the price and full specifications of the device. Hence, these may differ from the official information.
