Nothing Phone 2a Launch Date In India: London-based tech company Nothing has announced the global launch date of the upcoming Phone (2a). The handset is all set to launch on March 5, 2024, Nothing said on its X (formerly Twitter) handle. The model will launch at 11:30 GMT (05:00 PM IST) on the stated date. It will also arrive in India on the stated date as the Nothing India website also advertises the same.

"See the world through fresh eyes," the tagline of the smartphone stated. Based on the microsite listing on Flipkart, the model will be available for purchase on the e-commerce website. The launch date reveal comes after a range of rumours concerning the device that tipped the pricing, specifications and release timeline of the Phone (2a). Here are the top expectations from the leaked details about the phone.

Nothing Phone 2a Price In India (Expectations)

According to reports, the Phone (2a) could sit in the sub-Rs 30,000-35,000 price bracket in India and cost roughly $400 in the global markets.

Nothing Phone 2a Specifications (Leaks)

Coming to the expected specs, the model could offer a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. Under the hood, the device will likely get a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset for performance. It may run on Android 14-based Nothing OS 2.5. Nothing Phone (2a) may have a 4,920mAh battery with 45W charging support.

As for the optics, the device could get a 50MP primary and 50MP ultrawide lens and a 32MP selfie camera. As for the design, the model could have a dual camera array in a centre-aligned module at the rear. It will likely offer a metallic frame and glass back panel. The smartphone will be available via a "Developer Program" in the US. Lastly, Nothing is expected to tease official details about the phone at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 on February 27.
