YOUTUBE, the world's most popular video streaming platform, has added a few new features for its premium subscribers. The Google-owned company already had a slew of features for its paid subscribers, and it has now added five more, some of which can be tried right away. Furthermore, the brand has announced that it has more than 80 million premium members on the platform.

Here is the list of features that are added for the premium subscribers:

1. YouTube Queue:

The much-anticipated feature allows the user to control what they want to see next while watching a video. The feature was previously available only to web users, but it is now available to Android and iOS users as well.

2. Enhanced Video Quality For iOS Users:

YouTube has announced that it will introduce a high bitrate of 1080p HD video quality for iOS users in the near future in order to improve video quality for Premium members.

3. Cross-Device Viewing:

In an interesting update, the platform said it would be expanding the capability to continue watching videos on all Android, iOS, and Web at the same point from where the users left the video.

4. Watch YouTube With Friends:

YouTube has announced that it would be enabling premium members to host a Google Meet session where all the users (irrespective of premium or free users) would be able to stream the videos together.

Additionally, the feature would be available for Android users via Meet Live Sharing, and for iOS users, the company would be rolling out an update that would allow users to stream videos using FaceTime via SharePlay.

5. Watch YouTube Offline:

Premium members will be able to watch videos offline as the platform will include a Smart Downloads feature that will automatically download recommended videos from the Library while the users are connected to Wi-Fi.
