OnePlus, a popular smartphone maker, which has been adding a lot of new products to its portfolio, is reportedly working on its next-generation flagship, the OnePlus 12. The smartphone will be a successor to the current flagship OnePlus 11 and will get a series of enhancements including the camera, performance and display.

In the latest update, the specifications and other key details have been revealed by the renowned tipster Digital Chat Station. Here’s what you can expect from the upcoming flagship.

OnePlus 12 Specifications (Expected):

OnePlus 12 is said to get a big 6.82-inch OLED curved-edge display with a refresh rate panel of 120 Hz and a resolution of 3168 x 1440 pixels. The smartphone’s display is expected to be visually comforting with the 2160 Hz PWM dimming frequency. It is also said to get a bright sharp display.

Under the hood, the OnePlus 12 is said to get an upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, the best in the segment 24 GB RAM and up to 1 TB storage. The smartphone is said to get its power supply from the 5,400mAh battery with up to 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging support. It is said to run on the Android 14-based OxygenOS skin out of the box.

OnePlus 12 camera is expected to be a triple camera unit with a 50 MP primary shooter with optical image stabilisation and 48 MP ultra-wide sensor and a periscopic telephoto lens of 64 MP. The smartphone is also expected to get a better front camera offering for selfies and video calls.

Additionally, the brand is also expected to offer three different colour options including Black, Pristine White, and Vibrant Green.

Meanwhile, the OnePlus 12 has also announced the release date of the OnePlus Open. It is scheduled to happen on October 19. It will be the company’s first foldable smartphone in the segment.
