Oppo has officially confirmed October 15 as the launch date for its next Find X9 series in China. The news paves the way for the company's next major flagship launch. While Oppo has not made a statement about its India launch, indications are that it will enter early.

Recently, a phone with the model number CPH2791 surfaced on the website of BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification. The listing went active on September 19, and though it doesn't provide specifications, BIS approval usually is a good indication that the phone is gearing up to roll into the Indian market.

Loaded with Next-Gen Performance

Oppo has also announced that the Find X9 series will be powered by MediaTek's new Dimensity 9500 chipset with the Arm G1 Ultra GPU. Combined, they deliver faster graphics rendering speed (up to 33%) and enhanced energy efficiency (up to 42%), which means smoother graphics and longer battery lives. To manage the increased performance, Oppo has created a custom cooling solution, designed to maintain temperatures under control under heavy workloads such as high-frame-rate gaming and ray tracing.

Alongside this, Oppo is also launching its Trinity Engine with the series. According to it, the first-ever unified computing power model on Android, it balances CPU, GPU, and DSU resources intelligently. It is said to be able to predict power consumption with more than 90% accuracy, providing robust performance without depleting the battery fast.

Battery and Cameras to Impress

Leaks indicate Oppo is also not sparing the battery life. The Find X9 can potentially come with a 7,000mAh battery, and the Pro variant can go even larger with a 7,500mAh battery—one of the largest batteries in a flagship phone ever. In terms of camera, Oppo will remain in collaboration with Hasselblad to provide top-notch imaging features.

Expected Pricing in India

While official India prices remain unconfirmed, leaks hint that the Find X9 may cost around Rs 69,999, with the Pro variant nearing Rs 99,999. Positioned at this range, the Find X9 series is expected to go head-to-head with premium flagships from Samsung, Xiaomi, and OnePlus later this year.

With its massive battery, high-end performance, and Hasselblad-backed cameras, Oppo seems ready to make a bold statement in the flagship market.
