OnlyFans, an 18+ subscription platform used by 'sex workers' in the business of producing pornographic content, is the same as the photo-sharing app Instagram, according to X owner Elon Musk. For the unversed, the verbal war between the Tesla CEO and Meta boss Mark Zuckerberg dates back to the introduction of Threads, a text-based updates app touted as an X rival.

The latest comments came after DogeDesigner posted that the difference between the two platforms is only limited to the name. Elon Musk joined the conversation and agreed in the comments box. Both the tech moguls were involved in a tiff recently that was about to culminate in a cage match. Threads continue to improve one step at a time as Instagram Head Adam Mosseri regularly introduces enhancements for the new app, which is in a pretty skeletal shape compared to Musk's X. While the platform witnessed a great start due to the interpolation of Instagram login and other integrations, the user base is slowly dwindling due to the lack of features.

Back to the cage fight, Musk even shared that the match will be livestreamed on X, and the proceeds shall be donated to veterans. Musk was promoting the enhancements around X's livestream features in full swing back then.
