REALME, a Chinese smartphone manufacturer has launched its highly anticipated entry-level smartphone C55 in Indonesia. The highlight of the smartphone is, the company is offering it with an iPhone 14 Pro Dynamic Island feature called ‘Mini Capsule’. Additionally, the design of the smartphone pretty much resembles the Realme 10.
Realme C55 Specifications:
The all-new Realme C55 gets a 6.52-inch IPS LCD display with a full HD+ refresh rate and a peak brightness of 680 nits. The smartphone gets a 90Hz refresh rate panel with thin bezels compared to the other smartphones in the segment.
The phone also gets the highly anticipated Mini Capsule which will help in getting access to the notification bar and seems much similar to iPhone’s dynamic island.
Realme C55 gets an octa-core MediaTek Helio G88 processor paired with 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of emmc 5.1 storage which is expandable using the MicroSD card. The smartphone is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with a 33W fast charging option. The smartphone supports only 4G and runs on the Realme UI 4.0 based on Android 13. Additionally, it is offered a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometrics and NFC connectivity.
Speaking of the optics, the smartphone gets a dual camera with a 64 MP primary shooter and a 2 MP in-depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone gets an 8MP front camera.
Realme C55 Price And Availability:
Realme has launched the smartphone with 6GB of RAM and 8GB of RAM options and is available in Indonesia at a starting price of Rp 2,49,9000 (roughly Rs 13,500). The top-end trim with 8 GB RAM would cost Rp 2,999,000 (roughly Rs 16,000).
The smartphone would be available in two colour options, namely-Rainy Night and Sun Shower.
