Realme has started selling its new budget 5G phone, the Realme P4 Lite 5G, in India, just days after announcing it. The phone is clearly aimed at users who want a large screen and long battery life without spending too much.

Big Screen Andstores andand Everyday Performance

One of the first things you’ll notice is the size. The phone comes with a 6.8-inch display, and while it’s HD+, it does offer a 144Hz refresh rate, which should make scrolling and general use feel smoother than usual at this price.

It runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G chip, paired with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. There’s also support for virtual RAM expansion if you need a bit of extra headroom. Realme has added a cooling system as well, which should help when the phone is under load for longer periods.

Camera Andandand Build

Cameras are pretty basic here. You get a 13-megapixel main sensor at the back and a 5-megapixel front camera. This isn’t a camera-first phone, but it should handle casual shots and video calls just fine.

On the durability side, the phone comes with an IP64 rating, so it can handle dust and light splashes. Realme also says it has passed military-grade durability tests, which is always a reassuring addition at this price point.

Battery Could Be theandthe Real Highlight

The standout feature here is the 7,000mAh battery. That’s a big number, and for most users, it should easily last well beyond a day on a single charge. Charging is capped at 15W, so it won’t be the fastest, but the focus here is clearly on longevity. The phone runs Android 16 with Realme UI 7.0 out of the box.

All things considered, the Realme P4 Lite 5G doesn’t try to do anything flashy. It sticks to the basics but leans heavily into battery life and a smooth display, which might be exactly what some buyers are looking for.

Price and Where to Buy

The Realme P4 Lite 5G starts at Rs. 12,999 for the 4GB + 64GB variant. The 4GB + 128GB model is priced at Rs. 13,999, while the 6GB + 128GB option goes up to Rs. 15,999.
