SAMSUNG could reportedly release the latest Samsung Galaxy A14 4G handset in India next week, according to sources cited by SamInsider. Other than the price, the report shared details on the possible variants that could debut in the country.
While the report hints that the Galaxy A14 4G may be coming to India next week, here are the expected specifications and price of the upcoming handset.
Samsung Galaxy A14 4G Expected Specifications
According to the Malaysian website of the brand, the phone has a 6.6-inch FHD+ LCD screen with a resolution of 1080x2408 pixels. It weighs 201g. Under the hood, it will have an octa-core chip which GSMArena speculates to be Helio G80. Speaking of memory, the phone is listed with up to 6GB and 128GB storage configuration. The internal storage is expandable up to 1TB via the microSD card slot. It will have a 5000mAh battery with 15W charging.
Moving to optics, a triple camera setup with a 50MP + 5MP + 2MP secondary lens is present on the A14 4G. On the front, a 13MP camera sits inside the notch. As for connectivity, the handset would sport Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, a headphone jack and a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.
Samsung Galaxy A14 4G Expected Price, Variants
The A14 4G will likely debut in India in two RAM and storage variants - 4GB + 64GB and 4GB + 128GB. It might debut in three colour options - Silver, Black and Dark Red. The base variant could debut at Rs 13,999 in India. On the other hand, the 128GB option will likely be priced at Rs 14,999.
Meanwhile, for a quick recap, the 5G sibling of the handset - Galaxy A14 5G, has a 6.6 inch FHD+ 90Hz display, Exynos 1330, One UI Core 5 based on Android 13, 5000mAh battery, 50MP + 2MP + 2MP rear camera setup, according to GSMArena. It has a starting price of Rs 16,499 for the base (4GB + 64GB) model. As for more updates, the South Korean giant recently announced a new Lime variant of the latest Galaxy S23 mobile.
