Samsung Galaxy M05 comes with a 6.7-inch HD+ LCD screen with 60 Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the smartphone comes with a MediaTek Helio G85 processor with up to 1000MHz ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU. It gets 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage. The storage is expandable up to 1TB via microSD card. It runs on Android 14-based OneUI Core 6.0. It comes backed by a 5,000 mAh battery with a 25W battery.
In terms of connectivity, the smartphone comes with dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, GPS and USB Type-C. It also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
