Samsung just concluded its mega Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event with announcements of premium foldable phones, smartwatches and tablets. And soon after that, media reports citing a Samsung official claimed that the upcoming Fan Edition (that may be called the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE) will launch soon. While we do not have a concrete timeline, a live image of the upcoming FE was leaked by a renowned publication recently.

Citing Galaxy Club, SamMobile said in a report that S23 FE was traced on the Wireless Power Consortium platform. The product name confirms that it could be the Galaxy S23 FE. Plus, it carries the manufacturer number - SM-S711U.

From the images, we can infer that the screen will likely be flat from the front. A metal frame could adorn the sides of the phone. The volume and power buttons could be there on the right side. It will likely have asymmetrical bezels as the chin is not uniform when compared to the side bezels. But this will help reduce accidental touches from the sides. Hence, unlike the S21 FE, it may not have a 2.5D curved display.

The S23 FE will likely follow the glass sandwich design of the S23 series this time. It is reminiscent of the design of the Samsung Galaxy A54 5G. As for the specifications, the phone may sport an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the phone may run on Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip in some regions and Exynos 2200 in other parts of the world. The S23 FE may run on Android 14 on top of the latest OneUI skin. It will likely have a 4,500mAh battery with 25W charging support.
