Samsung Galaxy S23 FE, one of the highly-anticipated smartphones which are likely to be unveiled later this year, has become the subject of leak as the rumour mill has predicted some of the key specifications of the phone. However, the South Korean technology company has not made any official statement about the launch of Samsung’s next fan edition smartphone.
According to a report citing tipster OneLeaks, the smartphone is in the pipeline and will be introduced with the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor instead of Samsung’s own Exynos chipset. The report also shared alleged renders of the phone which are likely to be a prototype.
Samsung Galaxy S23 FE Specifications (Expected)
As per the reports, the Galaxy S23 FE may come with a similar design to the Galaxy A54. It also says that the smartphone will be made up of plastic and metal so that the price could be brought down.
In terms of specs, the Galaxy S23 FE is expected to come with a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate panel of 120 Hz and an under-display fingerprint sensor. Under the hood, the smartphone is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset and may include up to 8 GB RAM and up to 256 GB storage. It is said to be backed by a 4500mAh battery with 25W charging support and is likely to run on Android 14-based OneUI skin.
Speaking of the optics, the smartphone is said to get a 50 MP primary shooter and a 12 MP secondary shooter. It is also expected to get a punch-hole cut-out front camera.
Samsung Galaxy S23 FE Launch Date, Availability (Expected)
The smartphone is expected to debut along with Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5 series at the Unpacked event by the end of July 2023. The price of Galaxy S23 FE is said to be around Rs 50,000.
Meanwhile, Samsung is all set to introduce new tablets, smartwatches, foldable phones, and earbuds at the Unpacked 2023 event.
