Samsung is gearing up for the highly anticipated Galaxy Unpacked event on January 22, where the Galaxy S25 series is expected to be unveiled. The lineup will likely include the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and the Galaxy S25 Ultra. There have been several leaks online about the new device that have surfaced over the past few weeks. The flagship series will most likely get Qualcomm's latest octa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite chipsets. Speaking of leaks, a tipster has suggested a possible date for sale in India for the smartphones with their colour as well as storage options.

The pre-reservations for its highly anticipated Galaxy S series were opened up earlier this month by Samsung. The series lineup is expected to have the Base, Plus and Ultra options. According to tipster Ishan Agarwal (@ishanagarwal24) who claimed in a post on X on Tuesday, the India sale for the Galaxy S25 series will kick off around February 9, following pre-order deliveries starting on February 3.

Storage & Colour Variants (Expected)

According to the tipster, the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Plus will likely come with 256GB and 512GB storage options. They are expected to be available in a variety of colours, including Blue, Black, Coral Red, Mint, Navy, Icy Blue, Pink Gold, and Silver Shadow.

The premium Galaxy S25 Ultra on the flip side will offer 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage options, and will be available in seven exclusive shades like Titanium Black, Titanium Grey, Titanium Jade Green, Titanium Jet Black, Titanium Pink Gold, Titanium Silver Blue, and Titanium White Silver as per the claims made by the tipster.

Other Key Features

Alongside the expected design and storage updates, the S25 Ultra variant will also be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. All models are rumoured to feature 12GB of RAM. While the base and Plus models will feature a design similar to the previous generation as suggested by leaks of the promotional images. However, the Ultra model is speculated to receive a more rounded design, moving away from the boxy shape of its predecessor.

Leaked promotional images and price speculation suggest that Samsung could introduce a price hike compared to the S24 series.

Excitement is building as Samsung prepares to launch its next flagship series in the coming weeks.
