Galaxy Unpacked 2025: Samsung is all set to host its highly awaited Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event in New York today, where the tech giant will officially unveil its next-generation foldables and wearables.

At the centre of the action are the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7, both of which are expected to come with significant design upgrades. The Fold 7 could be Samsung’s thinnest foldable yet—measuring just 8.9 mm when folded and 4.2 mm unfolded. It may also feature a larger cover display and a 200 MP primary camera, making it a standout in the foldable space.

Meanwhile, the Z Flip 7 might sport a full-screen cover display, offering a more immersive look even when the phone is closed. There are also reports suggesting Samsung could power this Flip model with its Exynos 2500 processor, instead of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, marking a notable shift.

Adding to the buzz is speculation that Samsung might also launch a third foldable device—this time a more affordable model designed to make foldables more mainstream.

Beyond smartphones, Samsung is expected to introduce the Galaxy Watch 8, which could feature the return of the rotating bezel and carry the Classic branding. The design is rumoured to resemble the front of the Galaxy Watch Ultra, though we’ll have to wait for the official reveal to see if an upgraded Ultra model or new colour variants are also in the pipeline.
