Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition has been under work for a long time and the reports are suggesting imminent launch. Earlier, the reports were suggesting that it will be launching on September 25 but Samsung did not reveal its expensive phone. Now the report from the FNNews claims that the smartphone maker will launch on October 25. However, the brand has not confirmed the development at the time of writing.
As per the latest reports, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition would have a price expectation of around $2200 ( ₹1,85,000). The smartphone has been a hot subject in the tech world and plenty of details have been leaked ahead of launch.
The major details about the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition include that the device will be limited to China and South Korea. The report also suggested that the device will be on sale from October 25.
Speaking of the device, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition will reportedly be the thinnest foldable smartphone by the company with a 10 mm thickness. For those unaware, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 IS 12.1mm. It is also expected to get a 6.5-inch external display and an 8-inch internal display.
With the price around $2200, the smartphone may be available in only black colour. The Galaxy Z Fold 6 new edition could be named ‘Slim’ or Special Edition. The device is expected to get a better design, performance and camera. It may get a 4MP under-display camera, a degrade from 5MP.
However, there is no official word about the India launch but it is expected that Samsung could expand the device to global markets.
